Returns & refunds

Wood you like to play? is committed to customer service.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.  If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.  We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
You are not entitled to a return or a refund for furniture items if you have not followed the correct maintenance procedures outlined in our Product Information guide
If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will be in touch within one (1) business day to discuss your options.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Returning Products to Us

You must notify us of any product that is found to be faulty or not as advertised in writing within 7 days of having received your order. The product must then be returned to us within 14 days of having received it. Claims for refunds made outside these time periods may be declined by us, subject to relevant legislation.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused, subject to relevant legislative provisions.

Delivery/Return Charges

If you are entitled to a refund, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges.

We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you return the product via Registered Post so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery.

Please note, if you are not home when Australia post attempts to deliver your parcel, depending on your location, they may leave a card for collection in your absence.

Unfortunately, if you do not collect the parcel from the post office within the relevant time frame, it will be returned to us.

We are not responsible for covering the postage costs to resend the order.
